The Land Auction started Saturday November 28th at 10:00 AM under sunny skies and brisk temperatures. Auction attendees were slow to arrive; however by 10 o’clock the bidders started to register and there were over 20 packed into the house where the land auction was held. Terms and conditions were read aloud and then the bidding started. The property was sold high bidders choice for the lots and then the house was offered for a single price.
