House Auction Company

A North Carolina Auctioneer teamed up with Myers Jackson CAI, and Land Auctioneers to conduct several high profile North Carolina Real Estate Auctions. Walter House CAI, CES of House Auction Company, based in Marshallberg, North Carolina, and Myers Jackson CAI, of Moultrie, Ga has sold multiple properties in the past year that range from small acreage tract to large farms.

Walter is a Certified Estate Specialist and now has graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institutional designated program at Indiana University in March 2008.

The House Auction Company conducts many real estate and valuable asset property auctions annually. The two auction companies also team together to raise money for many charitable institutions throughout the year.

House Auction Company and Myers Jackson worked jointly in conduction a highly prized North Carolina land auction in Beaufort, NC. A family partnership of 50 years was sold at auction. There was a large crowd gathered to bid on equipment, tools, and 5 acres of exceptionally well suited industrial property. The real estate was sold just shy of $2,000,000. The one day even closed the family partnership of 50 years. The Auction Method was chosen by the heirs to liquidate the Real Estate at Auction because of the effectiveness of marketing, urgency to buy, quick turnaround time and solid professionalism by Certified Auctioneers.
