Real Estate Auctions Begin Nationwide Appeal

Just last week the real estate auction sector gained some ground in nationwide presence as Fox Business "America's Nightly Scoreboard" conducted a live interview with former NAA President Marty Higgenbotham and Joe Wilson on February 6th.

The interview was based in response to the Wall Street Journal article "Property Auctions Build Popularity in Glum Sector" which was written by Jillian Mincer. The article explained the various avenue's a buyer and seller can navigate in the real estate auction process.

The opportunity to quickly and efficiently liquidate the property and offered personal accounts from actual seller's that had experienced a rapid secession of events that ultimately sold their properties at real estate auction. One seller commented how drastic the disparity between the traffic of on-line viewings and actual walk troughs of the property, noting that there was a substantially greater amount of people trafficking through the Internet.

The article managed to truly convey the sentiments of both buyers and sellers that have gained from the real estate auction process and one that will continue to become a more familiar option of how to buy and sell your home. Also driving home the stance that auctions are another option for agents to be able to offer their clients as part of the process.
