Walter House CAI, CES of House Auction Company, based in Marshallberg, North Carolina, and Myers Jackson CAI, of Moultrie, Ga has sold multiple properties in the past year that range from small acreage tract to large farms.
Walter is a Certified Estate Specialist and now has graduated from the Certified Auctioneers Institutional designated program at Indiana University in March 2008.

There was a large crowd gathered to bid on equipment, tools, and 5 acres of exceptionally well suited industrial property. The real estate was sold just shy of $2,000,000. The one day even closed the family partnership of 50 years.
