Coordinated by Real Estate Auctioneer

Most people are surprised to find out that real estate auctions and real estate auctioneers have been become a great point of interest to a wide variety of people. Included in today's real estate auctions are sellers and buyers such as investors, developers, corporations, partnerships, banks, and individuals that are each interested in a varied scope of projects. The National Association of REALTORS estimates approximately 30 percent of all U.S. real estate will be sold via auction in the next 10 years. The figures predicted for the upcoming years are a direct reflection of the success that real estate auctions have had in the past and how the market for real estate auctions is continuing to expand.

Time-Honored Tradition: Participating in Real Estate Auctions

In the past there has been hesitation by real estate brokers to participate in real estate auctions. Currently, we are seeing an increase in the amount of interest and less hesitation because in today's market, everyone is looking for new ways to move property. This has made the real estate auction process an extremely valuable method of selling real estate.

Due to developing technology, auctions are now, more than ever, capable of connecting sellers and buyers worldwide through online bidding services that register qualified bidders. With great attention paid to internet marketing, we are seeing that there is terrific potential to reach interested buyers and sellers than ever before imagined. Staying true to the traditional sense of the auction process, marketing online still includes all the due diligence and critical steps necessary to execute the sale.

The first step in this process begins with the seller. If you are motivated to sell your property, contact us to with questions or to discuss how the auction method of selling may best serve you.
