Saturday June 21^st the Certified Real Estate team held a Georgia land auction in Cairo, GA. The 18.91 acres were sold successfully divided offered high bidder’s choice. The Georgia land auction event had a great turnout with approximately 50 registered bidders. The 18.9 acres was being used as a working horse farm and included a ranch style home on tract 1. The property sold divided in 4 separate tracts, and personal property equipment was also sold individually.
