Land Auctions in Jacksonville, Florida results from April 8th Real Estate Auction

Land Auctions in Jacksonville, Florida brings lower than expected bids.

Even with a crowd of around 120 and over 30 registered bidders that produced cashiers checks to have the right to bid at this land auction. The bidders were well qualified and they were ready to pay cash. Bid started slow with the Auctioneer asking for nine hundred thousand for any opening bid and dropped all the way to 10,000 to start the bids. There is just an air of uncertainty when it comes to the Commercial Real Estate Market and the Real Estate Auction in Jacksonville showed the interest but only for today’s market prices. The Land Auctions were well advertised and achieved over four major press releases.
