Even with a crowd of around 120 and over 30 registered bidders that produced cashiers checks to have the right to bid at this land auction. The bidders were well qualified and they were ready to pay cash. Bid started slow with the Auctioneer asking for nine hundred thousand for any opening bid and dropped all the way to 10,000 to start the bids.
